     Unqualified Translators will not be accepted：All the new comers (new-comers)must be trained for five months and practise for three months before they work formally. We have strict procedures for distributing the manuscripts. The senior translators and professors, who have abundant experience of long-time translation and organization of large items, take charge of distributing all the documents. Staffs translate the documents based on their own major. Before the translation, the translators must undergo the technological introduction and related training so that they can be familiar with the translation requirement concretely.

    No manuscripts will be translated if they didn't (don't) pass the formal procedures：From dozens of years' translation experience, our company practises (relative) reasonable procedure from registration, copy, save, distribution, translation, check to latter process. We promise that every step will be made methodically, every second will be controlled by related people and every detail will be considered comprehensively. During the translation procedure, we will supervise each translation step, so that we can deal with the focal points and difficulties as soon as possible. As for the large items, we will set up the special groups, which are taken charge by the senior translators and professors or foreign experts themselves, coordinating the unity between the professional terms and (the translation) styles. Then, the computer operators (processors) will deal with the format, graph, and other latter process, ensuring to provide you not only the high quality, but also the elegant format.

    No translation will be released without strict evaluation.(proof correction) ：It is inevitable for one to do translation without making any mistakes Because of this, both the words and the technologies should be checked, adding double insurance to the translation quality. Checkers should be selected from the people (translators) who have the super-qualification, work hardly and carefully, and pass the related (competency) evaluations. After the translation, in order to avoid the common mistakes in the words and format, such as leaks and errors, we will ask other translators to check again.
